In Deutschland ist heutzutage alles rund um das Thema&nbsp;Agilität&nbsp;ein cooler Trend. Vor allem bei kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen ist es schon längst kein Thema mehr, denn Scrum wird z.B. als Industrie-Standard wahrgenommen und es ist unvorstellbar, dass IT Firmen den Trend gar nicht folgen würden. Bei den großen Player geht es sogar noch weiter in Richtung&nbsp;Scaled Agile&nbsp;und&nbsp;Agile Organisation, denn alle träumen von ähnlichen Erfolgen wie bei Google, Microsoft und Co.

Doch&nbsp;der agile Weg erweist sich stets als schwierig und steinig. Aufgrund dessen häufen sich bei den Betroffen die gleichen Fragen und Aussagen:&nbsp;

• "Ist&nbsp;Agilität eine Lösung für alles?"&nbsp;

• "Wieso machen wir einfach nicht weiter?"

• "Das hat doch alles immer gut funktioniert!"

Eine passende Antwort zu diesen Fragen zu finden, ist meiner Meinung nach recht einfach:&nbsp;Erstmal probieren und dann beurteilen.&nbsp;

Meistens aber fällt es vielen Menschen schwer ihre Art und Weise der Zusammenarbeit bzw. Arbeit zu ändern. Dadurch werden Transformationsprozesse noch schwieriger und Unternehmen neigen dazu schnell externe Hilfe zu holen. Aufgrund dessen geraten sie schnell in einen Teufelskreis, da alles in Frage gestellt wird. Es ist zudem keine Seltenheit, dass das ganze auch mal eskaliert.&nbsp;

Im Laufe der Zeit habe ich versucht die Hintergründe zu identifizieren und ich kam auf folgendes Ergebnis:&nbsp;Die Symptome, die beim agilen Arbeiten auftauchen, sind bei vielen Unternehmen meistens die gleichen.

Ich habe hier 5 Beispiele aufgelistet:

1.&nbsp;Man achtet mehr auf das&nbsp;agile Arbeiten&nbsp;und nicht auf&nbsp;agile Prinzipien&nbsp;bzw. eine&nbsp;agile Kultur.

2.&nbsp;Man versteht unter Agilität&nbsp;schnelle Prozesse.

3.&nbsp;Der Kunde steht&nbsp;garnicht&nbsp;im Fokus&nbsp;und wird in dem Change-Prozess nicht involviert.

4.&nbsp;Menschen fällt es schwer&nbsp;ihre Komfortzonen&nbsp;zu verlassen.

5.&nbsp;Es herrscht an&nbsp;fehlende&nbsp;Bereitschaft&nbsp;bei den Unternehmen, Zeit und Geld für die Transformation zu investieren.

Um diese Probleme zu bewältigen, ist viel Geduld gefragt und vor allem ist es wichtig, dass alle mitmachen und davon überzeugt sind.

Abschließend kann man hinzufügen, dass es sein könnte, dass der Trend in 20 Jahren zu einer Selbstverständlichkeit wird oder von einem komplett neuen Trend abgelöst wird.&nbsp;

Die&nbsp;agile Ära&nbsp;wird mit Sicherheit viele Spuren hinterlassen.
